3. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND PROCESSED EXACTLY?

NEXT DREAM bv collects, registers, and processes personal data from its customers, visitors and users of its services and applications, news sites, apps, and webshops.

4. WHO STORES MY DATA AND FOR HOW LONG?

Personal data are recorded and processed in the database of NEXT DREAM bv. NEXT DREAM bv is the controller of the processing of these personal data and controls the processing carried out by other parties at its request. We will not retain your data for longer than permitted by law and than necessary for the purposes stated in this document.

The following retention policy applies to data of subscribers, readers, registrants or recipients of newsletters of any of our publications:

• For tax reasons, subscribers’ data are kept for 7 years after the end of the subscription.

• For non-subscribers, buyers of single products, readers, registrants, participants in competitions, recipients of newsletters, data are deleted if there has been no further interaction in the last 5 years.

7. MINORS
